The Scottish coast is lined with small villages like Pennan, which are just sat perfectly with their single row of coloured homes, and their small harbour, and they usually only have a single track road into them down what feels like the steepest hill know to man.
But Pennan has a very famous red phone box in the heart of the village, which film enthusiasts travel from all over the world to make a phone call from, as Pennan was one of the main locations in the 1980’s film Local Hero.
We couldn’t get a photo of that phone box though, as a Smart Car had decided to park right in front of it, and it just done the phone box absolutely no justice.
